Absolutely shocking! I called for an update and was greeted by the rudest man I have ever come across on a phone call. ANDREW FIELDER was the man I was speaking to and he even hung the phone up on me when I was trying to get an update on a file that has been going on for months and coursing a lot of people stress. I must admit I am still in shock. I could never recommend this company based on this experience.

Please Please don't hire Nicola as your solicitor! It will only cost you money and time. She is not only the worst solicitor I've even come across but poor professional. Initially she responded and promised a good service but once the money had been paid she disappeared failing to respond to any matters or emails involving my case with the other party in a timely manner or effectively. She caused delays and failed to answer any of my emails whatsoever in time and subsequently at all. Completely shocking. I've requested my money back with no response back even out of decency. She is absolutely terrible and I wish I had read the reviews prior to instructing her. She completely let me down at a time I needed her most. Over paid and underdelivered. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the same waste of money and aggravation caused. Plenty of other good solicitors in the area listed. If I could post zero stars I would. The reviews don't lie!
