        YOU TOOK 9000 for an insurance policy and our business manager wont even pick the phone up.... Why don't you sort out your existing customers who have taken out a warranty policy? Alpha going bust may not have been your fault, however you knew alpha was going under months ago but chose to fob off your customers. I don't believe internal underwriting are even capable of providing insurance for us developers at the moment , I have been in contact with Steve Mansour who is a senior director and its quite clear the company is not capable or else they would have. We have been chasing them for 28 days for cover after Alpha went bust. Disgusting
