        No on site manager therefore lacking in support for vulnerable residents. Care calls not in place or offered. Are there even compliance regularities in place? Considering scheme manager is only on site for 1 hour a week to do the fire test, probably not. Severe lack of standard trust and care for all residents. I refer to an East sussex scheme and do not want my loved one to receive any backlash from my review due to their vulnerability.
