        Southern housing is the worst housing association I have lived in. I moved in around September last year and have put in 10 repair jobs, as they didnt come round and do checks before I moved in. I have sent emails and calls about the condition of the windows and the mould but not single job gets done. I dont recommend living in an accommodation provided by southern housing.

        So disappointed to see how many others have experienced as poor service from Southern as me. I have waited 2 years for my roof leak to be fixed (dripping on my boiler which could cause major issue) and it has still not been repaired/rectified. Repeated no shows from contractors, basic errors like not bringing ladders to inspect a roof, long waiting times for calls (over an hour), emails take days to be answered. Would strongly recommend that you do not use Southern.

        Take 14 months to fix a repair. And let tenants live with rodents. No point in asking again and again because get nowhere.
