A shame to engage with disinterested staff at their showroom today. Were making an effort to support local business with the build & renovation work were having done at home, and visited today to ensure that personal touch, but were met with contemptuous service and fobbed off to email the sales team with what were very rudimentary questions.

Usually ok but wanted advice and help regarding repair or servicing to my patio doors. Phoned many times with promise of them to call back but never did.

I can not speak highly enough of the service received today at Shaw's. Sometimes you approach a service with what seems such a small job and wonder whether they are that interested in your custom. It certainly was NOT like this at Shaw's today. If the care taken to get things right for me are anything to go by I would trust them completely with any job big or small. An excellent experience with competent and polite service. Thank you for helping me to restore my Dad's old lantern. Your help mattered and has been appreciated. Service: Glass cutting
