Craig (and his dad !) have converted our garage into a fantastic office and utility/bathroom. True to his quote, timings and also very reassuring throughout the process. Thoroughly professional and assisted us with great ideas for both rooms, and a very high standard of work. Would fully recommend to anyone considering a garage conversion.

Craig and Colin recently converted our very old skanky garage into an amazing office and gym area. Craig visited our home initially to advise what was possible and gave great suggestions and recommendations (even when this meant us saving money) We received the estimate within 24 hours and were really impressed with the price for the amount of work that needed doing. Craig and Colin turned up each day and cracked on, the majority was done in the first couple of weeks. Craig kept us upto date with the progress and suggested any changes as we went along. The work is now complete and it more than exceeds our expectations. The work has been to a high standard throughout, it is just perfect for what we need. I would recommend Craig to anyone considering a conversion, he has such a calm manner and makes the whole process a breeze, he is honest and very reasonable on pricing, there were no hidden costs and everything came within the original estimate. KCS recently converted our garage to an office space and we are really pleased with the work they have done. In our initial conversations about the conversion, they were very open and honest about what was realistic and potential issues that we could encounter (our garage had a few quirks to consider!). A fixed price was agreed and stuck to, with no extra costs. Once work began, they were punctual, tidy and really friendly. They kept us updated with their progress, offering their opinion and sharing their experiences when we needed to make decisions on things like plug socket placement etc. Overall, the quality of the work was brilliant and we would happily recommend them to friends and family.
