        I feel compelled to write as my trip into town yesterday to stock up on COOK meals has resulted in rude, brusk off hand service- its always the same two ladies talking loudly and treating the customer as an inconvenience - thoroughly unpleasant experience. I hope someone high up in the company sees this and does something - this is not the first time I have been subjected to their aggressive hostile manner but it is the last time as I will not be shopping there again.
