Ordered a Biscoff cheesecake for my daughter's birthday. It was incredible! Utterly delicious and everyone loved it! Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank yu Georgia!

Bought 2 slices of Rocky Road at the show this weekend and both were completely stale. Real shame I wasted my money as there were so many alternatives I could have bought from.

Last August I requested a heavy afternoon tea for the sunday of my sons christening for 40 adults and 8 children. I asked if they had platters and that it be set out for us because we would be getting ready to go to the church which they agreed to do. I went with them because of the price, they was the cheapest around and now i know why, I wish I had paid a bit more and actually got a decent service/food. The responses from food by Georgia after booking were not professional and I ended up feeling I was being a bit of an imposition for asking the simplest thing. The price increased after booking for those with dietary requirements when I let them know, which is fine but would have been good to know up front. I then asked to add cheese straws to the booking and paid another 2 per person for them. There was no gratitude or pleasantries 'thank you for your order' or anything like that in fact it was more of an attitude that they were doing me a favour by accepting my order. I wrote to them about the set up and timings and they never replied to confirm which should have been a red flag. The food turned up by taxi the day before the christening with no one to set it up, no platters nothing. Nothing to action what had been discussed on booking. There was no answer when I called several times, When I finally got in contact with them and asked why they delivered a day early I just got a 'I'll sort it', I said that there should have also been someone to put it out with platters, I asked if there would be someone tomorrow with platters and they said yes. the food was collected an hour later. During this phone call there was not one apology for the mess up! Nor a call back to say it had been sorted I had to call again to make sure it was sorted for the next day. The food arrived much later than requested the next day with two people to set it out but no platters....so we scrabbles around to find things we could put the food on which we had to do, I told the two people to leave because they weren't really helping. We were almost late to the church because of it, completely stressful! The sandwiches were very basic with not much filling, the mini quiches tasted horrible with way too much pesto. The cheese straws were not cheese straws they were burnt skinny pieces of puff pastry with a bit of cheese sprinkled over the top. The scones were OK, as were the sausage rolls. The cupcakes were standard, but the brownies were good. I would never order again from this company from the bad customer service to the substandard food it was a disaster and really stressful on what was supposed to be a really wonderful day for myself and my family.
