Had a problem with my key being stuck in the ignition. Was told by audi garage its the ignition barrel and would take 10 days to ship the part and cost over 500. Phoned Lawrence who said its a common problem with the housing and not the ignition barrel and that he could fix it there and then despite already finishing his working day. Very efficient, amazing service delivered low cost and a new key made. I would highly recommend!

Justin came out to fix my van after I broke down in the builders merchant and was blocking the whole access. The steering lock was on and it couldn't be moved. I was stressed and worried. Justin arrived within minutes and managed to get the key to turn when numerous builders had failed. Justin used genuine Ford parts to replace and code a new barrel so that both my old keys still work on the van. Justin was very friendly and exceptionally skilled. I highly recommend this professional company.
