The telephone number listed on the website is no longer in use. Directed to a place on Johnsons website to say what I needed. No response. Went to shop in Horsham to try and see someone in person only to find the shop shut when it should have been open. Utterly rubbish.

What a very rude young man who clearly didn't want to be at work today. His customer service skills were shocking as he came across very negative, very blunt and looked a complete shabby mess. I walked out halfway through him attempting to serve me and won't be going back. Avoid like the plague as there are much better places out there.

My wife decided to put my dinner jacket in for dry cleaning and i collected it. The jacket wasn't hanging up and after looking for it for 2 minutes I assumed it either been lost or chucked into a corner. When the assistant found it she explained that the service was unsuccessful. This was as a understatement. My jacket has stains all over it and the embroidery has been destroyed. I was so surprised by how awful it looked I walked out the shop without saying to much. The cheek was they made my wife pay before hand and didn't either offer her a refund. I would recommend staying well clear of these bodgers.
