Let the phone ring when there is enough people to answer. Just slack. Not Impressed. Seriously lack of service.

I've been a patient here for 20+ years and genuinely cannot say one bad word, all of the staff are professional, friendly and empathetic. I've always been seen to quickly if it's a more urgent matter (sometimes on the day on phoning, if not, only a couple of days wait) and have been given incredible care. I always feel like I'm taken seriously and never rushed in my appointments. The only slightly annoying thing is the long phone wait times sometimes, however I think this is pretty normal in the current world! I hope I never move because I don't think I'll ever find as good of a Doctors surgery.

I wasn't expecting much after seeing the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. OK there was a 20 minute wait in a queue to talk to the receptionist but she couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I was offered an appointment for the same day. Great service. Thanks

Received a text message about flu jabs. Impossible to reply to text and unbelievably, the website does not contain an email by which I could reply. As I don't have any pigeons I could use, I will have to make a journey in to reply in person. I hope somebody reads this, but that is probably asking too much...

Since when did receptionists become 'qualified' doctors!? Whenever you call in, the receptionists now have the cheek to ask you "What seems to be the problem?" I called to speak to an actual Doctor, not someone who is unqualified - please stop wasting our time! The GPs are also to blame for this - instead of facing the public and dealing with them, their choosing to 'hide' behind closed doors, thus, the simplest of patient requests/problems are being turned away to A&E (like myself) as their problems are being qualified by the receptionists as "non emergency"...! To add further insult to injury, they'll try and par you off by asking you to download the 'Libby' app so that you can speak to an 'online GP' - this is clearly heading towards a privatisation of the NHS... What are we paying our taxes for...!? I think I'll be moving soon. ******LATEST UPDATE****** I called in and waited for 1hr 25minutes before I could speak to someon. When I joined the "cue" I was 8th in line; that's over 10 minutes per patient, surely you need to employ more telephone staff? For the record, I am NOT interested in using your 'Libby App' services, I pay my taxes to speak to a Doctor at the surgery, not a third party app and a random man/woman.
