Hard avoid. When we first moved here, after the lockdowns when life started getting back to normal, this practice was alright. Not great but we put it down to being overwhelmed post-pandemic. The level of care seems to continue to drop though, other various medical professionals in the NHS that I have had contact with have pointed out repeatedly how not okay the level of care I'm getting from my GP is. Having worked in the industry for 15 years before moving to Horsham and knowing the stress of it all, I have often excused inexcusable behaviour and processes, but I can't anymore. The level of care here has become terrifyingly poor. They cannot cope with the needs of their patients and their attitudes are all about self preservation. Having access to a GP is a basic need. Your patients aren't here to annoy you, we're just trying to be heard. A little compassion goes a long way guys.

The worst patient care imaginable . When Ordering wrong prescriptions , giving you somebody elses prescription, prescribing wrong dosage . The list is endless . Avoid

A level of detachment from reality that quite unique. "Just contact your GP"..."Pop back in to see us"...Surely a joke? This is a most disorganised, Orwellian nightmare of a surgery. They may well be trying very hard, but perhaps in the same way you'd have to try hard to fell a sequoia tree using only a kipper. They are under resourced and unsystematic in their management of patients. I've wasted hours on the end of a phone line only to be told to try again tomorrow. I'm trying my local witch for treatment next. At least she answers the phone.

Seriously, dont even bother to register here. I moved to Horsham 6 months ago and I have not had one single positive experience here. The staff are rude, I have not yet been able to experience an appointment as staff cancel them without telling you. I am going to register somewhere else now as even when waiting in reception it is clear that all other patients are not having any success either! Im not sure how much longer Im expected to wait before I can be seen as their next available slot is another month away! Fuming. Wish I could give zero stars for all of my time they have wasted!

Unhelpful receptionist, I called nearly for months and not one appointment they just kept telling me to keep ringing every day and telling me theres no availability , Im pregnant and need assistance to talk to someone went in to see to get an appointment as Ive been waiting a long time very rude receptionist not helpful at all , they have treated me terribly
