Also there's an older man working for them in prescriptions that could do with re training on the equality act. Next time i get called a man and then spoken over by someone after they requested info, and just didnt approve of what i said. I won't be happy. Its disgusting, and YES i did call him out on it and also the surgery's policy which he didn't take to kindly to.
Last time I checked, asking someone a question but refusing to let them answer is emotional abuse. The surgery reception team and prescriptions often dismiss you and your feelings.
It used to be an amazing surgery. Since covid, it can't cater for half its patients, the majority of staff have an attitude unfortunately and don't take accountability for something the surgery is responsible for, but would rather blame you the patient when it is something you can't control. They are allowed to refuse things if they want to, yet God help you if we do as a patient...
Highly considering changing and reporting individuals as they are clearly struggling at the patients expense. They need Dr's who are competent with reading a signed shared care agreement between themselves and a specialist. Not being rude, being 100% honest
