Ok for local store, more expencecive than usual shops but staff always ready to help if needed. Good selection of goods.

I purchased an elf bar disposable vape from this shop. It was faulty, right out of the box. I returned to the store and was told by a lady and gent there working behind the counter to come back on Monday and speak to the boss. So I did, today. I met the guy who claimed to be the boss who was rude and not understanding whatsoever. Claiming hes never had any problem with them I was about to leave the shop and a customer obviously heard what was going on and advised me that he wont exchange them and I best try another named shop that hed had better luck with. For the sake of 5 there was no exchange offered and I returned to the shop twice after the original purchase as advised. Joke. Elf Bar themselves had advised me that if the product was official, which it was, then its down to the place that buy them in wholesale to offer a refund. This never happened and I wont be returning again - thats how this works. I recommend you try elsewhere.
