        Such a great experience in store now. The shop seems like a different place to 6 months ago. Friendly staff, great service, and much much tidier! A pleasure to shop in

        Awful. Staff didnt want to serve. One girl did her best to ignore the queues. Chap finally came over and insisted we had to use self service even tho we wanted lottery. Wont go back

        Service is really lacking. Why dont big companies seem to care about their level of customer service anymore. There are two individuals in particular who give exceptionally bad service and talk down to customers and have seen both members of staff ridicule customers in store. Its really not good, if someone wants to reach out from WHsmiths and contact me then I would love to talk. For a customers point of view, if you are going in here to use the PostOffice be prepared to bite your tongue off.
