        After a successful web purchase and delivery I sent in an email to Karcher Trafalgar to confirm whether the crevice nozzle was included in the box, the images under the product description shows a person using this nozzle while cleaning their car. I only asked in case it was missing in the box. The response I got was simply a link to eBay to purchase one. No explanation or customer service skills used. These guys are a reseller of Karcher, there are many out there, I personally will not use this particular reseller again but in general I'm very happy with the Karcher product I purchased just not the service provided. I genuinely believe people should spend their money with companies who care about great customer service and not just box shifting.
