        Placed order for item on Thursday for item stated as in stock paid extra for next day delivery , didn't arrive emailed on Monday to be told out of stock and will get when they have stock. Asked to get refund now they won't answer emails.

        After reading some reviews i was worried I'd left my jet wash with the wrong people, but have nothing but good things to say about them. Great friendly service, knowledgeable staff and a fantastic very fast repair. Great communication from start to finnish. Will definitely be using them again. In fact so impressed i purchased at patio cleaning attachment from them and git a great price to

        This company are absolutely useless. I lost count of the amount of times I sent them a message about my order - each and every message was just ignored. Go elsewhere - there are companies with much better customer service.

        Orderd a pipe cleaning house which failed within 4 months after being used around 4 times. Tried to conact them via email and never got a reply and had to phone them a few times and got brushed off every time.
