        Placed order for item on Thursday for item stated as in stock paid extra for next day delivery , didn't arrive emailed on Monday to be told out of stock and will get when they have stock. Asked to get refund now they won't answer emails.

Great friendly service, knowledgeable staff and a fantastic very fast repair. Great communication from start to finnish. Will definitely be using them again. In fact so impressed i purchased at patio cleaning attachment from them and git a great price to

        This company are absolutely useless. I lost count of the amount of times I sent them a message about my order - each and every message was just ignored. Go elsewhere - there are companies with much better customer service.

        Orderd a pipe cleaning house which failed within 4 months after being used around 4 times. Tried to conact them via email and never got a reply and had to phone them a few times and got brushed off every time.
