Service department unhelpful ! Having paid this garage hundreds since I bought it from them five years ago, when I had my last service was told it needed the front break linings replaced as they were 70% worn I informed the service manager I would bring the car back for them to do the work after a couple of months. Having phoned the garage this week to have the work done was informed they could not help until middle of May ! I informed the member of the service team this was no use as the reason to have this work done was to go on a long journey and iI would rather be safe with reliable breaks. This guy could not offer a solution so I said I would find another garage to do the work his parting comment was ok see you later - I just put the receiver down. I have been a loyal customer however it would appear this set up could not care they must be overloaded with work to be so casual. I have had the car retuned in the past with a bolt missing from a rear wheel / not reset the tyres having put a new one on last service/ requested them to replace a bulb which was not done also last service. Why did I keep going back I now ask myself ? I will not be replacing the car at this garage and they will not have the benefit of any more of my business. I have now booked the car into Skoda in Worthing who were very efficient.

Trade in price was unacceptable after looking on their website for similar car sold/selling they would have made a tidy profit on mine.

Great staff who couldn't be more helpful with regards to a used car purchase. Very knowledgeable and provide a no pressure environment with a complimentary drink. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
