Edge Building Products Horsham

Am a large user of upvc products, edge approached me about using their services, popped in before they was closing one evening so didn't have time to check prices etc, was not till got home they had charged me if you can see from photo that 14 for gutter 7 for tube silicone 22 for fascia, my normal supplier 6.50 for gutter 2 for silicone 11 for fascia, contacted them about outrageous prices asking for refund but they don't give them, they said they would give me better prices they send price list but still dearer than other suppliers close by to them, so if you use them check prices as cheaper upvc suppliers in horsham and better service

Ordered 8 cement board corner trims via this company under Agate grey 7038 Ral colour. These turned up amd the delivery/packaging was fine. Unfortunately the colour of the trims is not Agate grey and the reply from the company was 'well they are grey and not white' not really satisfactory and I did give them the option to send the correct paint or rectify the problem. They didn't want to do either hence the review.
