This guys are amazing. I originally brought a Cube E-bike online in 2018 for my wife, and ended up using it to commute work myself. Unfortunately, after a spill I broke several components and Joe went out of his way to help me get back up and running. Proper customer service in an 'old-fashioned' way.

Joe and the team at freeborn are superstars, I was reluctant to buy a bike online because I live so far away from the shop. I spoke to Joe on the phone before purchasing who answered all my questions and I decided to order the bike. It came on the delivery date arranged and communication about the delivery was excellent. I had the bike a couple of weeks and noticed a knocking noise coming from the bike so phoned Joe for some advice. Joe explained a few things to check and after doing this the knocking was still there. Joe arranged for a collection and the bike was delivered back to freeborn. Joe phoned me after a test ride and a full examination of the bike and it turned out the rear fox shock had failed. These things happen so I wasnt annoyed and would just like to say nothing to do with freeborn or any of the team. This is a fox suspension issue. Joe arranged for the shock to be sent to fox for repairing as it is still under the manufacturing warranty. The bike has been delivered back with the shock repaired and I have been on a 39mile bike ride to test the bike. All working perfectly. The customer service at freeborn is the best I have ever experienced. Joe is always happy to help when you speak to him on the phone and his team do an excellent job. I highly recommend Freeborn and am so glad I bought my bike from them. I just want to say thanks again for all your help and excellent customer service.
