The No7 Skin care counter seems to be a hit or miss No proper assistance offered on a previous occasion, even though it wasn't busy Luckily had a lovely lady (five stars) this time actually helping me to pick the correct products, but had another, I assume senior member of staff, popping around telling her that there were other people needing assistance, even though i didn't see anyone waiting and felt rushed after that Disappointing

A review for the Benefit counter - Horsham has been in need of a proper counter for Benefit products for a long time. The counter was fully stocked and they offer brow services too! I was looked after by Marcus who was an utterly gorgeous human, he was kind, friendly and very helpful.

5 attempts to collect a prescription being told each time to come back the next day. Queued 20 mins each time final time promised it will be in the next day and they will text. 3 days on no text and still no prescription. Awful service

The pharmacy queues are terrible, whats the problem Boots? Staffing issue? Process? Whatever it is, its not good customer service and I am going to have to change pharmacy.
