Golden Scissor VIP

Great guys great looking shop and great haircuts but they have a huge shop and always only 2 barbers with 4 empty hairs so it has the longest waiting time of any barber and they don't accept bookings so you HAVE to wait. The trims and how nice the guys are are definatley worth the wait but I just wish they had more barbers or accepted bookings. If they were on the booksy app they'd do so well.

Was in need of a haircut and noticed a new barbers shop had opened in The Bishopric. 1920's 1930's theme looking plush and welcoming. No appointments taken - just walk in off the street on a first come first served basis. It was mid morning on a Monday with no queue in the shop. A barber was setting about a client's hair but another barber, (sorry I didn't get his name), was free and ushered me to a chair. Thouroughly nice young chap from Kurdistan whose been in the Country a couple of years plying his trade. Had a good chat with him, (he speaks fluent English), whilst he scissor cut my hair and made a superb job of it. Price for the haircut was a very reasonable 15 but it should be noted that they only accept cash and so my plans of giving him a tip went out the window as I literally just had that amount of cash on me. Shall stop by over the next few days to give him his well deserved tip. I am very pleased with the haircut so shall be returning.
