Data protection is worrying you tell them you've moved address over the phone and they wont do anything not even suppress mail to the old address! I've worked in JISAs before and some kids are on protection registers and need their accounts to be dealt with sensitively. However to be told by the call centre staff who sound like a broken record "we dont deal with childrens accounts" all I wanted at a minimum to protect my sons data was for them to put a lost contact flag or suppress his mail until I can get to a branch to change his address! I expressed lots of dissatisfaction and your agent had no empathy whatsoever and had to ask twice for feedback to be raised before she actually acknowledged feedback to be raised.
