An appalling branch, visited twice this week to try and pay a cheque in and both times a hand written paper sign in the window saying they were closed. No reason given. The three times I have been there this year, and actually got in, they failed to help when we had some technical banking issues. A chocolate teapot of a branch!

Coming in here feels like you are having the life sucked out of you, lacklustre ambivalent staff barely muster a smile while leaving you to queue for half an hour - if they are they trying to put people off coming into branches then bravo!

Opening hours are not helpful , why shut at half four , what if you work ? Can never get in the bank because its shut

If youre happy to wait 25mins in a queue to speak to the one cashier then its fine. If not, move banks. Nice enough people in there once you get to the front of the queue but desperately understaffed and very different to the experience on the phone/their excellent app.
