We came across Luigi fortuitously through a builder we did not in the end use, but we are very glad we did. From our first meeting with him we had confidence that he would come up with a creative solution for our extension requirements and we were not dissappointed. His initlal proposals were great, but he was happy to accomodate our suggested changes and incorporated these quickly and accurately into the drawings. We were also to benefit from his useful range of contacts for Structural calculations and party wall resolution and for his very helpful advice on the choice of builder for the project. We would definietly recommend LDV Architecture for any domestic building project

We have been immensely impressed with Luigi's professionalism and ability to create a space that really works for us. It was well worth the investment as we would not have thought of a number of small details which have made such a difference to the how the space has been used. Luigi has always been very approachable and helpful whenever required. He has very good knowledge of the planning process and legal requirements when undertaking a large scale project such as ours. We would recommend Luigi's services to anyone looking to extend their property or create a new look in their house.
