Rachel is very knowledgeable and makes everyone feel at ease from the beginning, even acupuncture newbies like me. I felt a little apprehensive about the use of needles but Rachel explained in detail what she was doing and what I will experience and in no time I was feeling great. Whatever she does works! I can only highly recommend her whether you tried acupuncture before or not.

Having never had acupuncture before, I wasnt sure what to expect. Rachel soon put me at ease, explaining exactly what it entailed and some of the science behind this Chinese Medicine practice.
