Marianne is a brilliant career coach who delivers on her promises. Prior to working with her, I struggled with a lack of professional direction and low self-esteem after a two-year maternity leave. I needed assistance with understanding my professional goals. Now, I have a clear understanding of where I'm going, and more importantly, a strong sense of self-awareness regarding my goals and motivations. This has been the most valuable outcome for me. Although I have yet to secure an outstanding job, my career profile is well-defined, and I'm confident about my job search.

Sessions with Marianne were something I looked forward to during the week, an opportunity to invest in my future and understand what is truly important to me. Its too easy to just continue with the same job / situation without taking stock. Through Mariannes coaching, I discovered hidden dreams, my own potential and, with her help, laid out a road map for the future. It was truly inspiring! I came to Marianne for coaching because I was struggling to decide whether to start my own private CBT psychotherapy practice. Marianne helped me to look at barriers to decision making in this area and in other areas of my life which were holding me back. I have now launched my business and website. I also have more clarity in other areas of my life, especially in my faith journey. Marianne has helped me to grow as a leader. I feel more confident to move forward.
