        Overpriced, poorly built, next to no parking. Viewed their largest 5 bed and it's smaller in ft2 than my current 4 bed and with half the parking, garden and land. But 40% more expensive. You'd be insane to buy one.

        Berkeley homes build beautiful houses . I am really happy here . The team here nothing is too much trouble. All the staff in the sales office have been brilliant as has David the site manager always checking to make sure everything is alright .Gay was really helpful showing me how every thing works and Dan the sales manager helped every step in the sale . Brilliant service cant find fault in anything

        We have been in our new home at Broadacres for six months and are very happy here. Build quality is excellent, the development itself is well designed, and pre- and post-completion customer service has been outstanding. I would happily reccomend a Berkeley home to anyone looking to buy a new build house.
