Very expensive. There is rarely staff on tills. They are normally restocking on just in the back.

Disorganised when it comes to parcels. It seems that there is no system in place and it always takes the staff ages to find them because there is a pile of dozens of parcels sitting at the till with no classification whatsoever. Two young staff were complaining about having to search for them AGAIN, and it made me feel very uncomfortable.
