        Good service prior to sale but poor aftercare. January 2023 i Bought a VW Amarok with a 6 month warranty, but I was never sent my policy details. The main reason I chose this vehicle was due to the 6 month warranty. A month after I purchased the truck, it had a major fault and the staff were extremely unhelpful and unwilling to get it fixed. We arranged for it to be fixed whilst I was on holiday but when I returned to pick it up, it had been left untouched without any communication or explanation as to why (until I chased it up myself). Very poor aftercare service.

        Great attentive service from start to finish. Offered a competitive part exchange price. Purchased a great vehicle from them which they looked after very well, presented it for my arrival, and even put some fuel in it for me to get it home. Would highly recommend.
