We have used arrow cars many times however on multiple occasion we have made bookingss and arrow cars claim to have no listing of any bookings. We used taxis to attend dental appointments doctors appointments hospital appointments as I'm a quadriplegic. They have let us down too many times now we will not be using them again

Awful customer service. Had to cancel a taxi and they accepted the cancellation, half an hour later their driver calls me saying hes at the pick-up point. When I call back asking about the refund (booking was between 30-40) they were very dismissive and rude/blunt with me. They hung up a few times with no closure on the situation and Im left confused with whether I will be refunded or not.

As a partner of Leeds Bradford airport Im completely sick of being ripped off by the fares. We live exactly 3.5 miles from the airport and charged 22. I have been charged 23. How is this justified? Worse still is if you check their booking website for the exact same trip and time its listed as 18. A 5 mile fare to leeds from my house with Arrow was 12 at night. Last night despite being told by arrow that I couldnt book a taxi late last night and there would be plenty of vehicles, there werent. We had to wait 30 minutes and we were the front of a big queue. Just not good enough, rip off fares and dont deserve their partner service. I also booked an Arrow taxi from home to the airport on their App. Taxi never arrived and said they had no record of the booking despite having the App reference number. Had to wait for another taxi and late for our flight.

Charged me 27 pound for a 10 pound trip at maximum. Didn't put meter on. Avoid uber is your best option
