        Its hit and miss. The app says 3 mins to dispatch but could come straight away or be waiting up to an hour. Always told the same about waiting for a driver. Not enough information on the app. Probably a means to get the money from the pre-auth interest as the refunds can take up to a week if you cancel to get the bus as sometimes thats quicker!
