Very professional, explained everything clearly when came out to quote. Day of installation engineer was very pleasant and professional and explained / went through the system workings. The images are very clear which came in very useful for the police in respect of an incident on the street during the early hours of the morning. All cameras picked up the incident. Only had to contact the company once so far for assistance and they responded quickly providing the information requested. No pressure selling and no follow up calls pushing for a sale. Had my CCTV installed last year and still the after care is amazing I am not the best with tech but Jack is SO helpful the whole team are always happy to assist - also the cameras are great quality and crystal clear :) I feel safe and secure un my home Thanks Guys
