Came here for a couple of birthday drinks today, very clean, neat place with nice drinks that arent too expensive! Nice staff too

Attempted to visit back in March. Entered with my partner and daughter, stood waiting to be seated, told we could sit at the table under the sign- the fella disappeared to the kitchen came back and said wait for food was going to be about 45min, we said ok that is fine. Sat down and chose what we wanted from the menu (took about 5 min), went to the bar to order. Lass behind the bar said have you booked. I said no but I've spoken to this fella hes sat us down we have spoken about the wait and are happy to wait, she proceeds to go to the kitchen and returned saying the kitchen isn't making any food for walk-ins wait time suddenly jumps up to about an hour and a half in the 5 min we looked at the menu Shame because the Banyan in Ilkley is amazing. Sadly you've put us right off. Wouldn't return, wouldn't recommend.
