Stonebridge Homes Customer Care do not respond to emails, so not chase your issues up unless you complain and tell you conflicting stories and/or blame contractors. I will follow up with a full review in due course. There were other factually correct reviews ranging between 1/2 stars but these have also been removed. One has to wonder what lengths a business goes through to remove reviews yet cant answer simple email. Another appears to be uploading wonderful pictures and updating social media yet not answering email and phone calls. This kind of depicts what attitude is given to customer care. Once bought you are simply a number in their annual accounts and nothing more.
