Excellent from start to finish. Great customer service on the phone and from the drain specialist that did the job. We had a blocked exterior drain. Steve came with the all the necessary equipment, communicated well, was thorough and tidy. I was under the impression it was a minor problem (as minor as a blocked drain can be) but there is no replacing experience and Steve advised me that should it happen again to contact the Water Company as the problem was a lot deeper down and was pretty major. Its always nerve-wracking finding and requested a service from a business that is new to you. I cant fault this service as a first-time user of Drains First.

For starters, this company is a very professional and well organised business, i called Drains First out to invesitgate a problem with my drains, they came same day and solved the problem same day. I have called out many drainage companies from leeds and not one of them have been able to solve and identify the problem. Highly reccomend this company, lovely staff and are quick to ressolve the issues with your drains.
