I am a regular customer ordering most weeks and doing it through the app. Ordered today and got an order confirmation but no food. Phoned them and spoke with manager after two phone calls. They told me they had not received an order from me.
I gave them the order number and also checked my bank which confirmed payment had been taken. They told me there was nothing that they could do and said that I would need to contact their head office.
I advised that they just needed to send the food I had ordered to which they refused.
I cannot believe that as a regular customer with no previous issues I was treated like this.
