He helped my massively feeling comfortable and confident going to the gym. And the PT sessions were so fun and challenging.
He caters the sessions to you and records your progress. He also sets your gym sessions so you can train throughout the week it has videos for each move so theyre easy to follow.
Lots of great helpful tips with diet and also setting monthly accountability goals.
