    Josh is an exceptional PT; someone that changed my perception of what a personal trainer is. The regimes and sessions are always totally appropriate to your mood, condition, and aims. I also enjoy the honest conversations about goals vs behaviours. I can feel a real physical and mental difference - and will hopefully continue to train with LS18 Training for many months to come.

    Josh is an amazing PT. I have been training with him for about a year now. He really listened to what I wanted to achieve and created a plan that supported that.     I definitely recommend Josh! He helped my massively feeling comfortable and confident going to the gym. And the PT sessions were so fun and challenging. He caters the sessions to you and records your progress. He also sets your gym sessions so you can train throughout the week it has videos for each move so theyre easy to follow. Lots of great helpful tips with diet and also setting monthly accountability goals.

Hes improved my confidence in the gym (and exercising generally) and helped me take a flexible approach to dieting, both of which have enabled me to lose over 2 stone so far. Highly recommended!

    We've been training with Josh since the summer - have found the sessions great, achievable but stretching and he's been wonderful at accommodating both my and my husband's differing needs within the same session. He's been flexible and accommodating within the various changing lockdown requirements - which has enabled us to keep training in some way for which I'm grateful. Would recommend !
