Daniel and the team were beyond fantastic. Incredibly caring, insightful and patient throughout the whole process of buying a new set of frames. I have a relatively complex prescription, and Daniel made me feel completely looked after. I would always recommend the DH team to anyone in the Leeds area. I'd give 6/5 stars if possible!

I contacted Daniel Hayton as I was trying to find some stick on eyelid weights. I have facial paralysis and my eye lid does not fully close. My therapist recommended these but they are very hard to find as a general member of the public. Daniel Hayton went out of their way to search for the item and contacted their network to see if anybody else knew where to get them. Daniel Hayton managed to find some for me. I didn't go ahead with the purchase as they are really quite expensive and we are not sure they will work. My therapist and Daniel Hayton both made alternative, cheaper suggestions for me to try before paying for the weights. Previous opticians have either told me they can't get the weights or just didn't respond to my email. So, even though I haven't made the purchase at this point, just to be acknowledged and helped in some way was really meaningful to me as I felt less alone in my quest! Thank you so much. When my husband or I next need an eye check-up, we will be going to Daniel Hayton.
