First time trying the salon.never again! Walked in and asked for BIAB removal and a new set, no problem at all. Get seated and a man sits down and starts cutting my nails down without asking what length I wanted! Then proceeded to put my hands in acetone for 20 mins whilst they rush another customer. Lady comes over and asks if I want acrylics to which I say no and so I show her the inspo picture of what I wanted. No problem with the application of the new gels apart from the fact all my nails where either square or round and I specifically asked for short and round! I asked her to fix this and she said yes yes Ill do this after and she never did. The filing of my nails and shape is appalling, BIAB is missing from the corners of my nails and they have been left incredibly weak and flimsy. Then comes the nail art to which I wanted an outline of stars on each of my nails and the lady says to me it wont look nice I wont do it I was so shocked!! 38 later and Ill not be returning. Appalling customer service and shoddy work.
