I've visited over a year and alway gave benefit of the doubt, now no longer. The quality of work OK and the customer service is non-existent. Actually worse than that, they are rude and treat their customers contemptuflly, as if we are a burden for being there. They talk about their customers while they are sat there. Just because most don't understand the language, doesn't mean all customers don't understand and can't hear. I asked a few times about some staining left of my fingers and it was dismissed. After waiting patiently for my turn, they show their impatience with you. You are not felt welcomed or respected. I will not be returning and, although cheap and some would say you get what you pay for, I advise to find an alternative venue where you actually feel welcomed. Service: Gel manicures
