Wont use again put two screen covers on 20 both have started to peel off one he said might have a problem with so dont take case off as its tight fight. The other has just started to peel at side went to other phone shop says wrong ones on the phone put two new ones go 10 sorted . Ive used tech centre for years wont be going back for anything now Avoid this place feel conned

I've shopped here on several occasions, I find the staff extremely helpful and the prices are very fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Paid 180 for a screen replacement that wasn't fully responsive straight after the replacement which they blamed on a screen protector (that they installed) and the screen cracked a few days later. Went back to clarify and say that this does not feel like a genuine Google part and they argued that it is. Asking me to pay 150 to get a new screen with them again. Absolute rip off and awful consumer service. Went to iSmash and they confirmed that the screen was not a certified Google product. To the response below: I came back to you for the not fully responsive screen the following day. The screen smashed at the first opportunity and I'm not an expert so like I said, another fixing place said that this screen was not genuine. This review is fair and honest on how I felt about my experience at your shop.
