Tony Taylor made letting out my property very quick, easy and efficient. Communication with Tony was very clear and replies were quick and informative for any questions I had. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to let out a property!

I have always lived at home with parents and I had my first ever viewing for my own home with Linley & Simpson. They have been unbelievably helpful. Megan, the woman who showed me around the house I was viewing she mentioned how it was her first day, but youd think she had been there for years! She was very professional and answered all the questions I had. She was excellent showing me around and gave me a call after Id been accepted for the house which I thought was excellent communication. They have been amazing throughout and I cannot thank them, or recommend any estate agent enough. They have helped me so much. Kate has been brilliant too and extremely helpful during my application. Thank you both so so much!

Tony and Holly from Linley & Simpson was great. They were able to find me a tenant within a week. I am so thankful for them, they made the whole renting process so easy for me. Great team, highly recommended.

Rebecca and Kate supported my father in finding a suitable property to meet his requirements. They both went above and beyond to ensure my father could move into the property within a very short time frame and aided him through the administration process. This support was very welcome in what was a very stressful period for my father (and family).
