Never having used the services of an auction house before, I was very unsure of what to expect. From the outset I was favourably impressed by Jamess knowledge of the market and the professionalism with which he conducted an evaluation. I received prompt support regarding additional requirements, including the provision of an energy certificate and making contact with a solicitor. Viewings were arranged and Stephen kept me undated about levels of interest in the property. AHWY provided an excellent service throughout the entire process. I was delighted with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.

Extremely happy with the overall service received from all the team at auction house. They made the sale as stress free as they could, and helped even when the house didn't sell at the auction by getting us an after auction sale. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to put there house up for auction. Service is fantastic, friendly, and helpful.

Was looking to purchase a property and it was my first experience through an auction. Hafsah was such a wonderful help, easy to communicate with and made the process much easier than expected. Even though I didnt buy the property I was looking for the customer service which I received from Hafsah was faultless. Would highly recommend this company. P.S.
