Alex was very professional and friendly. She helped me greatly with balance and mobility after a diagnosis of Peripheral Neuropathy. Exercises were tailored to my needs and realistic, encouragement and advice useful. My life has improved after treatment.

Alex has been working to help rehabilitate my Mum for around 6 months. (its not a simple job). She has worked with Mum and I throughout and continues to make a great difference to her life. Alex has a fabulous supportive approach which puts the needs of the client at the forefront. She has worked above and beyond the call of duty, offering new ideas, making referrals to other professionals offering guidance on different options available. Has gone out of her way to order and collect therapy equipment to support Mum and has been 100% flexible from the start. Alex has made herself available to me, to feedback, answer questions and to give advice to, and has given us all much assistance at a tricky time. She has become a great friend to Mum. Has been professional throughout and has been supportive to all... changing appointments at short notice sometime, to meet Mums changing needs. Nothing is too much, extremely grateful for all her help. THANKS

I can touch my toes for the first time ever! I have been participating in Alex's Zoom pilates classes for almost 6 months now, and loving it. Her classes are just the right level of challenge and she is skilled at increasing the difficulty as the class members progress. I started with a 'post-partum body' and I've seen a massive improvement in my strength, body shape, muscle tone, and flexibility. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex. She gave me support and advice following a total knee replacement when the hospital had stopped providing post-op face to face physio due to Covid. She was professional, knowledgable and friendly and gave me the re-assurance and confidence I needed. Thank you Alex.
