I chose Suzie Crellin at Physiofit after researching online and reading about the Dizziness and Balance Clinic. When I read the information I immediately thought thats me! An outstanding physiotherapy service, and definitely not "one size fits all". My experience was that the overall approach and the exercises were tailored specifically to what I wanted to achieve. At the age of nearly eighty, I wasn't sure that I'd be able to run without pain ever again. What my treatment has achieved is not just pain-free movement but help with balance and much improved upper body strength. What's more, it's been fun!

I have benefitted from physiotherapy and Pilates offered by Jenny and the team for years. It has been a totally life-enhancing experience to be treated and taught by such a professional, skilful and caring people. Having now moved out of the area I know I will be extremely fortunate to find anything which compares!

Attend weekly for Pilates, Reformer and have also had physio here. Wonderful staff and top class service. Would give more stars if I could!
