K D Carpets

We went to KD carpets at Horsforth to choose carpet for our lounge, open staircase and landing. The shop had a friendly atmosphere and Gary helped us choose the right carpet, and he gave us all the information we asked. He came next day and measured up and the quote was very good and we went ahead, as this was lower than other quotes we had had for the same quality of carpet. As we were having new furniture delivered in a few months Gary said for us to phone when we needed a fitting date as this would be no trouble. When we phoned the fitting was quickly booked. After the fitting there was an issue (not a major one) and I contacted Danny and he came to the house, he was brilliant and very helpful, with the issue being sorted out the next day. The whole picture from choosing the carpet to the fitting was very good. We have used KD carpets in the past which is why we chose them again, and would use them in the future too. Excellent service from the guys in Horsforth, really helpful, good advice without any pushy sales. Fitters did a quality job, unbelievable quick. Recommend and would use again.

these guys are great. My parents introduced me and my brother to them some years ago. We recently had to have some water damaged kitchen lino replaced and they were timely, offered sensible technical and aesthetic advice, and were excellent value for money. We will continue to use them.
