Cannot recommend Lisa enough - welcoming, educational and relaxing. A great experience for first time mums and their little ones.

Lisas baby massage class has been a godsend. I have experienced classes in person and online, both ways were delivered with a calming personality and I have learnt so much. My baby loves the massages that we learn in class and we try to do them at home to bring some calm and peace to our day! My now 6 month old sleeps so well after his massages and its such a lovely thing to do to create a stronger bond with him and have some us time. Lisa has made me feel welcome and its lovely to see her smiling face each week as well as getting the chance to share stories with other mums. Highly recommend either online or when we are allowed in person!

Really lovely baby massage group. Lisa was great at teaching us massage and my baby really responds well to it. Its a lovely bonding opportunity and I cant recommend the class enough. The class was very welcoming and baby led. I felt really relaxed and comfortable at Lisas class as its only a small group and have met some other lovely mums with babies a similar age to mine .

This was the first class myself and my daughter had been to and what a wonderful way to ease into motherhood! Lisa is so welcoming and knowledgable and every week we were welcomed with a lovely cuppa, biscuits and a chat. The class is completely baby led so if baby needs to feed/sleep/cry its fine. Holly absolutely loves her massages (especially legs and tummy) and is always super relaxed after. If youre looking for a baby massage course I would highly recommend La Vie Baby Massage.

Yesterday me and my little one finished our La Vie Baby Massage course which is owned and run by the lovely Lisa. The course takes place over 5 weeks consecutive weeks and you learn the techniques of baby / infant massage in a warm and welcoming atmosphere of her home in Horsforth. The sessions start with the kettle on, a little time to chat/ share things about your week etc (if you so wish to) before Lisa guides you through the massage strokes and their individual beneficial offering to baby. Each week there is also a recap from what youve learnt the previous one. Id highly recommend this class as it offers some beautiful one on one tactical time with your baby, and if like me youre left wanting more Lisa offers a follow on course called Massage & More which consists of songs, sensory and massage. We (I) cant wait to go! feeling relaxed at La Vie Baby Massage.
