Jordans Solicitors Horsforth

After numerous trips and no / lack of communication, to names and files been documented wrong (more than 3 times). And no documents received in the post like they said they would causing a delay to probate. To then my brother receive a letter in the post asking for payment 9 months later when NOBODY had told us how to pay or they could have even taken payment on the day (which we would have happily done). They dont deserve anything from us for their atrocious services. Looking from reviews they seriously need looking into as they could have massive problems in the future. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Utterly useless. Repeated multiple trips due to typos in documents which could have been avoided. Got told no way to pay, not by email or letter after the case was settled. Only to finally receive the letter 9 months after the case with a 7 day deadline before interest and surcharges apply. Embarrassing.

As the beneficiary of an estate handled by your company, I was incensed by how slow and drawn out this process was. It might have been a complicated estate but had I been your client instead, you would have done the work in half the time if not less with me chasing your tail on a weekly basis. Lisa was useless and had she not left the week I found out your details I would have put in a formal complaint. I would avoid Jordans Solicitors at all costs!
