The salon is extremely clean and organised. It is requested that you wear a face mask. I have no problem with that. In fact it makes me feel very secure. My appointment was exactly on time. Ive been going to the salon for 12 months and Robert always does my colour, cut and blow dry. A coffee or tea is always provided together with a biscuit. New magazines available. Im very pleased with this friendly salon and would recommend it!!!! Service: Hair coloring

My hair was a Mish mash of colours as I'd developed an allergy to hair dyes. Three hairdressers had tried with various brands but each one had made my face swell. Spoke to Rene and she said she was certain she'd be able to help. I went to the salon last week and met Rene and her lovely team. She's made a fabulous job if it. Everyone's said what a lovely colour it is now - and no allergy to it. I'm very pleased with the cut too and Rene went through all she was using on my hair. Definitely going back. First visit a couple of weeks ago to R & A Fuller in Horsforth. I was warmly welcomed; had a thorough consultation; the salon was beautifully clean and tidy and is still embracing Covid safety. Discussed hair products in detail, which I bought, feeling confident that I had been advised properly about my purchases. For the first time for years I felt that I had been listened to regarding what I had come to the salon for and Robert re-installed my faith in hairdressers, which I had lost during my last many appointments at other salons.
